Savory Lamb Chops

Hey Tony,

Here is my favorite recipe. I enjoy these lamb chops so much, the best I have ever had in my lifetime. Believe me I am as old as a tree, so I know what I am talking about. SAVORY LAMB CHOPS

  • 1or 6 (depending on size of family) shoulder lamb chops
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • butter
  • water

In a fry pan, put 2 tablespoons of butter, melt, add lamb chops (Medium heat). Brown lamb chops on both sides for about 30 seconds.

1 8 oz glass of water. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper to the water and mix thoroughly. Pour water mixture into lamb chops. Cover and lower heat and let simmer about 2 hours for tender, succulent lamb chops. The water will evaporate and you will have the best tasting sauce. Bon Appetite! Oh boy! so gooooooooood.
