Mom's Fired Pork ChopsTony, Here is my recipe for those loved pork chops of mine that you loved as a kid [and adult].
Cover the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil and let oil get real hot [how hot?]. Put in your pork chops and add salt. Lower heat to medium flame and let pork chops fry until crispy. Yum, yum.
