Minesweeper Cheat

Run Minesweeper, then type ?xyzzy? and press Shift + Enter. Now, look for a single white pixel in the upper left corner of your screen. If you can't see the white pixel, your screen background may be too light. If this is the case, right-click the desktop and choose Properties. When the Display Properties dialog opens, click the Appearance tab. Select a dark background color and then click the Background tab. Select 'None' and click OK to close the dialog box and continue. Now, back to Minesweeper.

As you move the mouse over the Minesweeper cells, you will notice that the white pixel disappears when the mouse is over some cells, and remains visible over others. When the pixel is not visible, don't click. If you can see the pixel, then the mouse is over a safe cell, and you can click it."

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F10 during game play for quick defeat/debug mode.

During a game press the Control, Shift, and F10 keys simultaneously. This will let you choose to abort the game (which will let  you win after you make any move) or to retry the level.
