Hello Everyone,

Welcome to my personal web site, or "Tony's World" as some call it. The idea of having a site is to provide my family and friends an on-line version of my newsletter. I will slowly build on the content each month. 'nuff said.

I finally took the time to get this web site in order. My Web Service Provider (WSP) moved the site to a newer web server without giving me much notice. I cannot begin to tell you the problems I had. What it did do is forced me to address some issues that were keeping me from easily updating the web site. I now have everything working. For the time being anyway.

I created a section called Health Tidbits containing both and content, such as Heart Wisdom, Helpful Hints to Help You Sleep, Cravings "R" Us…, Eat Up! Popcorn Can Do What?, 10 Steps to Lose Weight Safely, How to Outwit a Food Craving, and the Food Pyramid. (I have a better food pyramid in the works.)

The Seabee section contains the two pages The U. S. Flag and America and her proud veterans... which contain information about the U.S. Flag Code, how to help a hero call home, hiring a veteran, how to fly the American Flag, and which days to display the American Flag.

I reworked the Roasting Chestnuts information. Go visit and be on the look out for a real nice "explosion"

The Links section now contains a Wonderful Buffalo, New York (That's Western) Links page that I am very pleased with. I also added a Kid Links page. Maybe it is ? Anyway check it out along with Miscellaneous Links and Useful Links & Other Favorites. I have added quite a few new links and link descriptions.

I the Recipes page to contain the heading produce index and the heading definition of fruits and vegetables. In addition, Measurement and Ingredient Equivalents is because I always need a quick reference for this stuff.

Squeaky Beds is with some comments from a person who fixed their "squeaky bed".

Last and most importantly, I have a page specifically for Gram's (Antonetta Missico) funeral card, and the Accadia, Italy page with newer maps.
